Real Wedding: Emma + Tim’s Boulder Wedding

Talk about one of my favorite weddings of all time!

This one was super special to me because I not only got to plan a wedding at my old stomping ground of Boulder Country Club where I sept 6 years planning weddings and events…but this was also my best friends wedding!!

Normally I don’t get to share the sweet “dating to married” stories, but because I was there from day one, I get to share this one. I have known, Emma, our bride, for about 15 years now. We became instant friends when we were working at a hotel together and then after a few years, she came over to Boulder Country Club to work as my assistant. One day she came into work and told me she met this Australian boy that was on vacation at a bar in Denver and that she really liked him.

Over the next year, I got to watch as they started dating, would fly back and forth to to visit each other, to one day when she came to me and said she was moving to Australia. Not long after being in Australia, they became engaged. They had their official wedding there, but know they wanted to have a Colorado wedding. After first trying to have a party here in 2020, which got cancelled due to COVID, they finally were able to have their celebration here in 2023 with their sweet son.
